Established more than 40 years ago, OPM is a rigorous executive education program held over three years for executives with at least 10 years of management experience, and who hold a major equity stake in their company. Taught by the Harvard Business School faculty, the program focuses on the frameworks, technology, and strategic tools essential for success in today’s challenging and global business environment.

Tayyab, a frequent industry spokesperson, is a graduate of the University of Maryland where she received a B.S. in Computer Science, and earned her M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
