Ticket Booking for Washington State Ferries

The Washington State Ferries are the third largest passenger ferry system in the world, serving over 20 million people and transporting over 11 million cars each year. Until recently passengers and cars rode the ferries via a first-come-first-served system where they drove to the dock and hoped there was room on the next ferry to come in. Since 2010, CCI has worked with the Department of Transportation and many third party consultants by providing Project Management, Quality Assurance, Software Testing, and User Interface Design to ensure that the enormous project to create a new Ticket Reservation System was a success.
