Texas DIR Information and Communications Technology Cooperative Contracts Program
CCI is proud of our history of serving the State of Texas through the Information Technology Staffing Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) since 2009, and our current Contract Number is DIR-SDD-2333. Through this program we have successfully completed projects for the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Texas Workforce Commission, the Health and Human Services Commission, the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, the Department of Public Safety, and the City of San Antonio Police Department.
Complete information on the ITSAC program and eligibility for Texas State Agencies and other Public Entities can be found on the DIR’s official ITSAC website.
Services Offered, Services Specifications, and Contract Pricing
The ITSAC Program has broken all IT Services into 19 Job Tiles and 7 Categories (Applications, Data Management, Enterprise Architect, Project Management, Telecom/Networking, Security, Customer Technical Support). CCI is capable of providing experience in every Category and every Job Title for public entities in the state of Texas. You can find current bill rates and all Job Titles in the official DIR Rate Card. The full definitions of every Job Title are also available from the DIR.
CCI Contact Information
Public Entities in the State of Texas who wish to procure IT Services from CCI through this Cooperative Contracts program can use our online form to send us a message. CCI’s administrative support team will respond within 1-2 business days.
Obtaining Quotes and Placing Purchase Orders
It is possible for Texas State Agencies to purchase services from CCI directly, through a seven-step process called the “Best Value Program“. To obtain a quote for services, first contact CCI through our online form. In your message clearly state your contact information, Agency name, reference the ITSAC program, and provide a high-level description of your need.
When our administrative staff contacts you we will help you define and clearly document the tasks that need to be completed, and identify the correct minimum qualifications of the consultant required for your work. We will also identify your target budget and timeline and the maximum number of consultants that you wish to review for the project. Our administrative team will identify the best candidate or candidates and a fully loaded hourly rate for each one. We will coordinate with you for interviews and once you have selected the candidate who is the best fit we will confirm the start date. The documentation of our consultants and your minimum requirements will make your Project Manager’s job of completing the DIR’s Best Value Letter of Justification easy.
Once this is approved by the DIR you will need to create a Purchase Order and send it to our administrative team. It is imperative that the PO includes our contract number (DIR-SDD-2333). Upon receipt of the PO CCI will provide you with a certificate of insurance confirming we are covered for the duration of the project, and through the lifetime of the engagement we will provide monthly invoices against the PO.
